Suzhou Metro(Suzhou Rail Transit Group Co., Ltd.) is the developer and operator of the metro system in Suzhou. As of 2024, the system comprises 9 lines: Line 1, Line 2, Line 3, Line 4, Line 5, Line 6, Line 7, Line 8, and Line 11. These metro lines, totaling 350 kilometres in length, serve about 280 stations and handle over 1.8 million passenger journeys per day. More than 70 out of every 100 people in Suzhou who opt for public transport use the metro every day. With such a high volume of passengers, the metro system maintains superior timetable stability and on-time performance. The past 11 years have seen a continuous increase in customer satisfaction with the Suzhou metro.
